Hey guys, I know this has been asked a million times, but I got to ask it too.
I need some advice for a first time (ever) cycle.
My stats: 40 yrs old, 6ft, 185+lbs, 11-13% bf. I've been working out consistently for 6+ yrs. Free weights, machines, and cardio. Here's the odd part. I'm not entirely certain what I'll be able to get my hands on. I've been told Test (not sure if it's C,E,P), Sustanon 250?, Equipose, and Deca (I think). Also, anti estrogen ( not sure what exactly).
Also, I've been on TRT/HRT (testosterone replacement therapy) for the last 2+ yrs. 100mg of Test Cyp per week + HCG + DHEA.
I had thoughts of adding 400mg of Test to my TRT dose of 100mg for a total of 500mg/week of Test. I would pin my TRT dose on Sun. Then 200mg of Test on Tues. And again 200mg on Fri. All while continuing my HCG and DHEA schedule. Doing the 500mg/wk for 12 weeks.Then going back to my TRT dose/schedule.
Also, my goals would be to add muscle. I would like to get over 200lbs and see if I can keep my weight at 200+ after I'm done. I don't want to just get BIG. Not too much bloat or water weight. I would like solid gains. I understand diet is VERY important and I plan on having one put together for me. A diet that is fairly clean and for someone who is 200 lbs. Giving me a calorie surplus. I would then adjust the amount of calories upward as I get closer to 200 lbs to maintain a surplus.
Here's some questions: Is the 500mg/wk of Test the best path? If so, which Test is best Cyp, E, P (If I have a choice)? Is there something else that might help me reach my goals that I didn't list? Do I need to do any PCT since I'm on TRT? Can I just drop back down to my 100mg/wk TRT dose instead of PCT?
