I have taking stuff before but after reading what everyone on here is saying im pretty sure the info i was given was bullshit....but i need good honest advice...open for all ideas..thanks

DIET

CARDIO

PROPER TRAINING

What are those 3 looking like now, we can tweek it....

Well i know i have to do those 3 and that my diet is the most important thing...but im going to do a big cycle and was hoping that i could get the imput of true pros that could set me up with a true transformation game plan
 
My diet is pretty good....i too eat a gram of protien per pound of body weight and eat lots of greens and try too limit myself to two slices of wheat bread aday....and i train 5 days a week hard....but im just naturaly a heavy broad shoulder person
