First bulk cycle advice

weight: 225

I want to do a bit of a bulking cycle but not huge so that everyone notices im doing it. Keep my cycle on the DL. This will be my first cycle and im looking for some advice and your thoughts on my choice.


EQ - 300mg 1x/week for 11 weeks
Test E - 125mg 2x/week for 10 weeks (250mg/week)
Arimidex - .5mg EOD for 14 weeks
Tribulus - 1000mg (45%) ED for 10 weeks
- 2000mg (45%) ED starting week 11

At 6'1 " and 225 you are a big 21 year old.

First off forget about running multiple compounds.

You say you want to bulk up just a little.....well you wont need AAS to do that.
A stack of good quality supps along with a bulking diet will get you where you need to go - At 21 your natural test levels will easily be high enough along with the stack and diet.

What is your bodyfat ? and how much weight are you looking to gain ?

Lt Columbo got it str8 up there bro. For a light bulk look to diet, sups, rest and good workout.
Cheaper too bro.
 
Currently at 30% BF
Want to gain around 15 - 20 lean lbs.
Im a bit low on my weights right now as well because i just had shoulder surgury in january which has limited to ceased all upper body work. Ive been back in for about 2 and a 1/2 months.

For supps. ED
6.25g creatine mono.
3g A-AKG
B50
500mg vitC
omega 3 (1, 3x a day)
zma at night
green tea extract (3, 2x a day)

imo get your bf% down to 10% or the low teens before you cycle. that will give you time to get back into full swing after your surgery and make the most gains from your cycle.

Ia gree with this statement. You def need to get on a strict diet and cardio regime. Drop some weight and get your strength up. Rehabing your shoulder is very important. And trying to go in the gym and make gains is not what you should be doing. Building your strength back is more important right now.
Id say take the EQ out and run 250mg of deca or npp... More of a first time bulk cycle.
 
my first cycle was tte (tren and test-e together) n dbols for the first 4 weeks, gained 25 lbs alltogether but in the end lost 5, still pretty good imo
 
You will get more bene if you get your body fat down bro. Again look to diet. Good luck and let us know what you decide!

I will focus on diet and cardio right now to get bf down. Why is bf so important? I didnt know i could be a problem. Ive never been a thin guy, what would be ok to run a cycle at?

I might do just test e 400mg in a few months.
