First bicep injection? is this normal

took a shot of sos250 in the bicep, on top of the bicep as seen on 2 thicks site. Fu_king A, talk about sore, but the weird thing is that the soreness is on the inside and the very very bottom of the bicep. It is actually red and is like touching a bruise.

Anyone go through this?

Yep, that is normal. Even when I shoot into the brac., the pain is always on the very low, inside part of the bicep. If you do a Bi workout, it will feel like tendonitis. Tremendous pumps though.

Back in March, Shadow account got screwed up and got locked down. Just to lazy to reset it up.

Nah - too pissed off. My training partner was going to enter and I agreed to cut with him for support. Two weeks ago he decides not to enter because he isn't ready. I look pretty good though, but still - it pissed me off.


I need more size before I compete. He placed 5th in the lght-hvy class two years ago completely drug free. He has the size, but is lazy on cardio and diet.

You got nothing to worry about there bro, its normal, I did only 1 ml injects in my bi's for the first few shots and then went slowly up with the ml's, very occassionally you will also get a distinct yellowish round bruise, thats caused by going through a blood vessel near the surface, nothing to worry about but a tell tale sign to an experienced user hehe..

Dude, i get it so bad that i can barely straighten out my arm. Try the chest also, that gets really damn sore.

I learned the lesson earlier this year. I did my first bi shots with test prop and each arm swelled up an inch bright red. I couldn't move them without groaning for four days.

Live and learn(sometimes).

It is normal to be sore a few days after a injection. Ask therealj, he injected 3cc of Sust into 1 Bicep OUCH
