Well here we go...,
Hello everyone!
I have read the forum rules. I am 45 and started out with a testostarone level of 207 around the month of February. Doctor put me on some test gel and it was lame. Went to another dr. and began HRT. Once a week I used test e at 175 mg along with anastrazole every day. After that vial was used I switched to Test Cyp at same dosage. When I started the Test Cyp I also included Var 50mg a day for two weeks but dropped using it because of libido. I have also been on HGH 3iu per day for 2 months.
I have been working out about 5 times a week. Have been lifting off/on since I was teenager. Played football in high school. Once I began HRT I was at the gym regularly to take advantage of the test's andro effects.
I have alway had a muscular build. I seem to keep muscle on easily but also keep fat on easily.

Since starting HRT I have energy to do things all day. I used to be tired all the time (test level 207). I would go run maybe two errands in town ( I live 35 min. from town.) and I would be bushed; nap time. Now I go to the gym and can hang with the young guns playing basketball for bout 2 or 3 pickup games and then do weights. My strength has increased as expected. I was using 90 pound dumbells for inclined bench press. I have never done this in my life, nor ever thought I would want to...lol.
I have put on big muscle weight and decreased bodyfat. I would like to drop my waistline some more.

This has been my first cycle and I began the HGH in early February. Testostarone e and Test cyp I began in middle of March. My diet has been reasonably clean. For a couple of those weeks I lost my appetite, which is extremely rare for me. I would usually eat one healthy high protein, low fat, low carb meal and the rest was meal replacement bars and protein shakes.
I have been very good about taking/eating 200 grams of protein everyday. I would eat a burger no fries or fried chicken once a week and would not eat anything but meal replacement bar and protein shakes for the rest of the day.

Fish oil 2 large gel caps ed
silimarin/milk thistle ed
grape seed extract ed
sam-e ed
I have always had excellent blood work. HDL were usually 170-180 and LDL were high.
I take blood pressure medication but its a very small dose.
My last blood work:
HDL 218
LDL 18
Test 1100-1400
I have had estrogens levels and all that other complete blood work if anyone is interested in the data.
My question is this I am about to finish my Test Cyp. I will begin my PCT and want some advice. I have access to HCG, Nova. Which and what else should I take to get my HPT axis back in order. Will my cholesterol works itself back in order? I am sure my test levels will drop again so what should I do to maintain them?
I would like to keep all the muscle and go all out on cardio to drop some more bodyfat, how do i do this w/o losing to much muscle?
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. It is my first cycle. I learned that the Var wrecked my cholesterol because my blood work was good prior to beginning the Var.
