im finishing up a 400 mg test and 30mg ed dbol cycle
i gained about 12 pounds but i think very little water
i know my diet wasnt the best but ill make sure its better next cycle im weighing like 175 right now

im 5"11 my bies at just a bit over 17 inches my waist is 30 i wear a 44 jacket but getting kinda tight lately,i weighed myself at the gym tonight i was 181 with sweats and a tanktop and sneakers
i went up 2 pounds since monday
thanx for all the complements its nice to know all my hard work is paying off this was my first cycle and im gonna plan better next time and eat better i really dont eat enough like today i had a bowl of cereal for breakfast ,a protein bar at like 10:30,fish and chips at lunch,then a protein bar at 3:30 now im gonna have pizza for supper and a protein shake before bed

You do have some great genetics. Small Joints. Play your cards right and you'll be a freak. Keep that waste at 30 and that taper will be sick. Good luck.

got any good exercises u wanna suggest?
i just got back from canada the border crossings were fairly easy
one thing tho is i wouldnt suggest any mountain climbing during or just after some dbol cuz i had an awefull lower back pump and didnt really help the climb
i took 10 mg of dbol 3 times a day and 2ml of testerona 200 every 6 days
i should have taken like 1 ml every 3 days i think that would have been better
ive been drinking tripple threat 1 scoop with 16oz of milk a few times a day and a mesotech bar before workouts and just tried to eat good
only side that i noticed was the dbol giving me huge lower back pumps after like 2 weeks and they lasted all day long
i didnt take any anti e's havent been able to get any
oh i took the dbol for 4 weeks and ther test for 8 weeks
cant wait for the next cycle i still have like 300 dbol what would be a good stack with it for next time ?
or should i try something totaly different?
