Finished DNP Cycle

my last cycle of DNP was 15days..day 1-2 at 200mg and 3-15 at 400mg. I lost a total of 18lbs.

This time around I did the same thing except my 16th day was 200mg because I had one extra pill but didn't want to do 600mg on the last day. I lost 9lbs. I definitely think this was in part to my BF being so much lower. the best part is that since the beginning of April I have done less then 2 hrs of cardio a week and lost a total 27lbs.

243lbs 6'...now have a 4 pack. I have a solid tire around the mid section but already seeing the veins in the shoulders and upper chest. starting clen and hardcore cardio (hardcore for me)this week.

The potential issue I think i am going to have from shedding so much fat so quickly and my remaining fat ring around the race and my skin around my abdomen are very loose now. Hopefully it will tighten up some. It is folding over or anything that bad but I also am not done losing weight.
 
liquid, i'm thinking it's because someone with more muscle, bone, and organ tissue will likely weigh more regardless of height and fat ratio........

Thats sick! 18 pounds in 15 days. Damn, got to do some reading on that
 
How much of the weight did you lose on the cycle and how much post cycle? ( I am wondering how much water you were holding) how much water were you drinking each day?
 
ulcaster.....The 18lbs in 15 days was a rariety..I have done at least half a dozen dnp cycles in my life and never expierenced results like this. It could be one of GD's points where you can not accurately determine the amount of DNP used unless you cap them yourself which i do not do.

leanfor...when i lost the 18lbs on cycle I only lost 1 more pound the next week for a total of 19lbs. I didn't gain back any and was DNP free for just over 2 weeks before the next cycle which was my most recent one. I do not keep track of how much water I drink in gallons nor do i know the conversion but I drink 16oz of water with my morning pills and then from 8-5 at work i drink 5-6 20oz bottles of water. after work I don't keep track because I drink water from the fountain at the gym and at home I always add ice to my 32oz glass whenever the ice melts so it is alwasy really cold and then top it off when needed. I also use dandelion root for 5 days after the cycle to help regulate my water. This morning I looked much fuller and harder muscle wise so I am looking forward to finishing off my gear and I'll try and post pics of the before and after. Before being the 270lbs and after being around 235 (where I think i'll end up)

I didn't keep track to the gram or anything like that but here is a typical day.

7am MRP 42gm protein and 22g carb and 1 gram of suger plus 16oz water
10am pear or peach or apple or yogurt
noon..MRP and a salad
4pm 6-8oz of chciken or pork
6pm gym...I went as hard as I could with weights and didn't really do cardio
Dinner -chciken or fish or pork with some veggie

Snacks---beef jerky..fruit salad..yogurt...strawberries and low fat coolwhip (my girlfriend got me addicted)

Every few days i would cheat but not that bad...I'd get KFC chciken strips with potatoe wedges or Mc D's nuggets and fries. I definitely kept the carbs and fat low compared to the protein except some nights i went over board and would eat 4 cups of fruit salad and then sweat buckets all night.
 
i did 200mg a day for 4 days then 400mg a day for 4 days. felt like shit the last 5 days and still dont feel 100 percent. i look better but i don't feel right. lost 8 lbs total.
bad time to do it with the south being near 90 degrees...hot!
 
thats why i did mine during the end of winter and early spring...I only had to deal with 2-3 days over 80..most of the time it was in the 50's and 60's
 
you can't ask for sources!! and what the hell? how much lose skin do you have? is there any one here knowlageable in the lose skinn isues and shit... does everyone get this or does it only happen hith extreme fat losss
 
Nivea skin firming lotion, no dairy whatsoever, no sun(tanning wil make your skin lose its elasticity), sauna and time without any weight fluctuation.

I don't have flods of fat in loose skin...I'm just saying I lost so much so fast that it is lose and as i continue to diet down (slower) i can see there will not be that tightness I want around my lower abs. As long as I can see all 6 that is all I care about. My loose skin issue was wondering if there were cremes or something to help...it isn't to the point where I need surgery or anything like that.

When you lost 8lbs what was your BF%? Also if your platinum..do a search of my other DNP posts...I have listed almost a dozen DNP cycles worth of results. I have more important things to do then make shit up but if you think I'm lying there isn't much i can do to proove otherwise.
