I didn't keep track to the gram or anything like that but here is a typical day.
7am MRP 42gm protein and 22g carb and 1 gram of suger plus 16oz water
10am pear or peach or apple or yogurt
noon..MRP and a salad
4pm 6-8oz of chciken or pork
6pm gym...I went as hard as I could with weights and didn't really do cardio
Dinner -chciken or fish or pork with some veggie
Snacks---beef jerky..fruit salad..yogurt...strawberries and low fat coolwhip (my girlfriend got me addicted)
Every few days i would cheat but not that bad...I'd get KFC chciken strips with potatoe wedges or Mc D's nuggets and fries. I definitely kept the carbs and fat low compared to the protein except some nights i went over board and would eat 4 cups of fruit salad and then sweat buckets all night.
