Is there any way i can find where a scammer lives by his email address. Please let me know any info you have. Thanks

If it is possible then why dont people find where scammers live. I am not looking for an exact guy but i want to know if i would be able to in the future find where a scammer lives by his email address if i should be scammed

I think that most of us would value that information as well. I know its possible but I do not know exactly how to do it.

fortunately I know someone who could if i desperately needed it done.
