I can finally lay out on my own balcony with a clear shot of the sun hitting it -- no railing or other weird shadows hitting me! And thx to modern technology I have a wireless laptop out here so I can share this all w/ you!

I agree its a little dicey right now w/ El Nino. Hey I moved there the year Hurricane Andrew hit, after my cousin who lives in West Palm Beach told me she hasn't seen a hurricane since the '60s...
