Yea man, well I'm weighing in at about 135 right now. I will drop 4 or 5 pounds before the meet saturday. I want to weigh in at 130 saturday. Shouldn't be much trouble, lay off the water a bit and run a couple afternoon is sweats and I shuold make it rather easy. I just hope I get there and push the weight!!
NO, I'm shourt but not that short. I'm actually 5"8. Yes, I know thats horrible but I have NO legs what-so-ever. I'm going to lay off the meets for a while and try to put on a few pounds, 20 at least. I don't think thats out of my reach but I'm going to have to hit the food and weights hard as hell to do it.
I remember being there at one time....still have bros I help out and haven't seen 300, but they will one day! Congrats on a PR...keep it up and keep it going.
