I have trained for 20 years on and off. Aged 35. Currently weighing in at 225 pounds, 6'3 in height. Previous cycle was Trenbolone Ace at 75mg/eod for 8 weeks, with hcg and clomid for pct. Significant mass and strenght gains that I have kept, this was back in 2004.
I have been doing a HST program for the last 5 years, I have had great progression over the years, just sticking to diciplined diet and natural supps. In january I started going about 500kcal in negative to lose bodyweight, i was closing in at 280 pounds at the time. I have the last couple of months been focusing on leangains, by following a 8/16 eating plan, as explained here: Intermittent fasting diet for fat loss, muscle gain and health.
My upcoming cycle looks like this:
1-4 Dianabol 20mg/ed
1-10 testo cyp 500mg/wk
6-11 winstrol 100mg ed
11-12 winstrol 50mg ed
12-14 500iu hcg ed
13-14 40mg nolva ed
14-16 20mg nolva ed.
Most likely will I use Aromasin 20mg eod during the cycle, in addition to 250ui HCG e3d. I also have Arimidex on hand.
My goal is to gain as much mass as I can, but try to limit the bloat and estrogen sides. I will increase my workout load to 6 times pr week, doing a 2 split hst program. I will increase my kcal significantly, but I will still eat in a 8/16 system.
My current BF is around 16%, my goal for june 1st is to weigh in at about 230 pounds with about 11% bodyfat.
I am basicly writing all of this down to get some last minute input from you guys on this cycle. Because i reside in the EU, everything that has to do with mrsupps is unavailable to me, therefore I have to stick to the PCT regime of the past.
Please give constructive criticism or advice as you see fit, most appreciated!!
