finally, first simple cycle, here goes

well i am about to do my first cycle, which will actually be a very light one. i did not add any test because i want the least water possible, and quality muscle while staying lean. i am 168 lbs and 5 foot 9 inches.

40 count 50mg Winstrol tabs, probably taking half in the morning and half at night

equipoise,but i am not sure on how much to take if i am just starting.

i am not sure if this is the best way to take the winny tabs so any suggestion are appreciated, and also with the eq, how does the overall cycle sound for a first?

also with clomid

equipoise, pyramiding starting at either .75cc or 1cc a week, only increasing .25cc every week, so it should last about 8 weeks.
A cc is not a dose. EQ is made by many different labs and comes in many different mg/ml concentrations. A "cc" of EQ can mean anything from 50mgs to 200mgs.
Having said that there is no reason to taper up EQ, do a steady dose throughout.

EQ and Winstrol makes a good combo, you'll stay nice and hard with little to no water retention.
 
i do not know what my BF% is, but there is no fat on my body except for maybe 3-5 lbs max fat/mostly flab but still kinda flat on my stomach.

i do not want to get "huge," but more like a men's health cover model or similar. i think you can see where i am getting at. very little fat, pretty ripped, nice body.

what dosage would be good for a beginner that doesnt want to blow up, not that eq would do that but what would be a good starting dosage, many seem to say 400mg/week

300mgs/week of EQ and your Winstrol will make for a nice hardening cycle.
 
how old are you?...from the things you are posting i'm thinking you might be too young to juice just yet....how long have you been training?........if you're worried about water with test use prop or enanthate.....
 
i am 18, have been working out and swimming competitively for about 2 years, and ocntinued to workout for year after i quit swimming. i would say i have a pretty solid build and can make a pretty solid workout. i have not been familiar with eq as much as with other drugs, that is why i want to get some tips before i start.
