whats up guys, as it turns out on march 7th i partially tore my pec while doing close grip with 4 plates each side. Snap, crackle pop and a few seconds later i was hurtin bad. i've been doing my own physical therapy with one of the metropolitan area's best sports medicine/orthopedist surgeons, and slowly but surely i've gotten my bench back up to par. im not yet satisfied and i dont work chest more than once a week (previously i would do it 3 times over two weeks with excellent results) but im still young and have plenty of time to take things
slowly.
today was the first time i tried 405 raw, since i have been deathly afraid of hurting myself again....and what do you know, i cranked out 8 solid reps ! granted im no longer 165, (about 178) now but its quite a mental victory to be able to put up 4 plates comfortably
