Finalized my spring Cycle

23/190/15%/ training since 18, been serious 3 of those years

I weighed the pros vs cons, and what my goals are for a cycle and came up with this:

Week 1-12 - 250mg/week Test E
Week 1-6 - 70 or 100mg of anavar
a-dex for potential estrogen sides, even though the dose is low per week you never know. Might even get some letro just in case


PCT: Either Clomid/Nolva combo or Post-Cycle and Unleashed. Ran a clomid pct for a var cycle i did recently and started getting body acne on chest and shoulders (dont usually get acne there). Still finalizing pct in the process of researching

Other Supps:
Multi
Fish oil
Creatine
BCAA's
N2Guard
HCGenerate

Some might say 250 a week is low, but studies paint a different picture. This is my first injectable so I feel that 250 would still produce some good results.

Diet will be approximately 3,500 calories, tons of protein and muscle building foods, following RADAR's top 20 list.

How does it look, some say the sweet spot for var is 70, then others say it doesn't reach its full potential until you're in the 80-100 range, what would be better?

Other than that how's the cycle looking, goal is to add mass with as little fat as possible.

Looks good except for the clomid/nolva but thats personal preferance
 
I used hcg, clomid and nolva for pct and it worked fine.
I'm on my second cycle now and that's the pct I have planned. I'd definitely use hcg for a twelve week cycle if I was you even with such a low dose
 
See I don't know why people start hcg in their pct, it is something that really should be taken while on cycle to help keep your nuts plump and help prevent shutdown. I would say starting week 2 or 3 to start hcg @ 500ius a week twice a week (so 250ius per injection). Run it into your pct and then if you wanted you could switch over to hcgenerate by needto with some unleashed, post cycle and Forma and you would be set.

As far as doses go everyone is different. I would say start at the 250mg/week with the test and see how you are doing after 6 weeks, if you are happy with the gains you are getting then stay with it, I'd you aren't you can always up it to 500mg.

As far as the var goes, same thing. Start lower and work your way up if you need to. You might find 60mg is great for you where someone else thrives on 100mg.

You will have to experiment a bit bro, that's the name of the game, no one is the same as someone else.
 
100mg of var is a lot.. dont really need that much.

I don't know if your talking about me but I don't use hcg during pct. I use it the last half of the cycle and the run up to pct but stop it a week before I begin clomid etc as hcg itself is suppresive

I am not aiming at anyone just saying hcg seems to have people thinking they need in pct or at end of cycle when it should be used towards the beginning of it and through the cycle.

100mg of var is a lot.. dont really need that much.
I used 70 last time and it seemed to be the sweet spot, tried 80 one day and didn't really like the feeling. Will most likely be sticking with 70.

Right, that was the thinking behind it, I want to start off slow and see how my body reacts to the test, can always increase dosages.

As far as injections go should I split the shots twice per week or can I just shoot once a week. If there's less a chance of injection pain if I split up 125 per shot then I don't mind pinning twice a week. Also can I shoot hcg in the same shot?
 
I would shoot 125mg twice a week for more stable levels in your system, some will say it won't matter but this way, to me at least, makes for sense and you are not spiking the levels once a week and having it taper off a bit towards the end of the week.

Hcg will be a separate shot twice a week sub-q.
 
I know that the more test the better, well to a certain extent, but I want slow/safe gains. 250 is still 3x natural production.

I make gains off as low as 70 eod on prop anyone should or ur traing and diet are crap.

Glad to hear your being safe you can always bump up later.
