what are you actually trying to achieve here? what is your diet like? Need more info. PM if you want.
 
6'3 225lbs 12-13% BF 23 years old.

I'k looking to put on 10-15 lbs of nice lean gains, and get bf% below 10%. Trying to avoid a lot water retention. Diet is pretty clean. Do 4 day slpit in gym with cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes.
 
Yes and no, I want to put on the weight, but also want to cut fat. Will be on a very strict diet during cycle, and continue to diet and train afterwards to get closer to my goals.
 
From your stats, you are big. You say you want more fuller muscles but shed fat and water. IMO, I would lower the Test dosage in half, leave the EQ as is, double the proviron dosage to 50mg's per day and add Tren at 100mg's EOD. You would def. get much harder and leaner and have those muscles look much more fuller. The way you are thinking of taking the cycle, might bloat you up just a bit. And I can see that you don't want this.

Good CAll Carth. Thats exactlly what I am looking to do!! Would you keep the Dbol in there, Im just using it to jump start my cycle. Where would you add the fina? Exactlyl how would yo make this cycle look? Thanks for the help BRO!!

Let's avoid ANY FUCKING drug that might even think about converting to estrogen. If I were you, go all out cutting drugs. Except for the Test of course. Always include test...it is life's basic building block LOL! Starting from week 1 all the way till week 12....
250mg's of Sust per week
50mg's of Winstrol ED or EOD ( but of course ED is better )
50mg's OR 100mg's of Tren ED or EOD ( I prefer ED, last Tren cycle I did was only at 50mg's EOD and things were not good for me. I was a fucking maniac that everybody hated! I find ED shots to have less sides)
DOSTINEX!!!!! Must include it with Tren! Keeps you from having a limp bizkit, tits like the girl your avatar and keeps you sane....NOT INSANE!
Proviron...YES!!! Always!! Up to a 100mg's if you like. Mininum is at 50mg's per day.
Tren will shut you down boy! Include HCG at 250-500ius per day throughout cycle. YES! I said ED!!!! Start at 250 and judge from there. You might not need 500 per day.
Good clean diet! Depending on how much muscle you want, hardness and fat loss....you must judge that for yourself. If eat very, very little carbs...you will get fucking ripped fast! But not add that much muscle or hardness. The more carbs you add from there, you will now add more muscle and more hardness but not lose AS MUCH fat as you would if you were to eat very little carbs. I say for your stats...consume no more than 200grams of carbs per day. Shit bro! Add an ECA or ECY stack to that and you'll get real lean and hard. Fuck it.....add some GH too. I know, I know...too much money. Maybe next cycle! Use Lipo or T-rex from AF store or protein factory's ZIP. Dude, in like 4 weeks..you'll see the change.
