I want you to drop one of the legs days and replace by rolling into on of the upper days again.

This tweak is all tat is needed for you in part 1 in re: to the training.

So in other words do ONE leg day a week and 4 Upper

Thanks Omega. BTW, re: Cardio. I am use to being really fit, although I had stopped running for the last 6 weeks to try to "de-regulate' my appetite.

Today for cardio after the back session i did just 7 minutes (as prescribed) on the treadmill at 17km per hour (I have never actually ran on the treadmill so this was a test run). Will this overly interfere with my leg growth, particularly as I'm just training them once per week.

Would bike intervals at high resistance be more pro-leg growth, or perhaps, incline intervals on the treadmill, or even something like box-jump intervals.

Interval Training that is Too Anaerobic would Interfere with Leg Growth . Save Legs Days for Leg Growth. I made my tweak for you based on your metabolim and what I hae seen.
Use Cardio at this point for the heart, to assure you stay lean, and Warm up etc. etc.
 
Glad to see a few of us still are in the dark. I haven't received a pm back yet either. I know Omega will get us caught up. I have been working on some of the basic execises in the stickies, but haven't found a specific program. Guess I am missing it?
 
I am requesting a refund on this program. To date, I have only received the information for the first part. This makes the second time with EF that I have participated in one of these programs only to get ignored!
 
Did you send him a pm with bodypart and email? I never saw your logs?

I joined on 9/1 and did not get his response until the 24th. I sent him the body breakdown three times and I logged the first week on here and just finished putting in the second week and I have all of them in my gym log to transfer over. I own a business and have been very busy between going to gym and work during the week making it difficult to sit down and transfer my log.

The last time that I have received any communication was 9/26.

Of course, there has been delay after delay since this began from EF and I am the one that has not done enough?

Even the last Personal trainer that I paid gave me more direction than this program has offered for a great deal less money! In the previous situation I paid for a consult with George and never got it. I got an assistant that called me one time and never provided anything. My calls to move forward were never returned - and that is my fault?

This program has offered some basic information and we were told to go read and find most of the information that could have simply been linked in an im. Ok, I waited almost 3 weeks to get phse one, then I see after I have been doing the work for phase 1 that phase 2 was supposed to have started and I did not even get an im almost a month after it was supposed to have started. Great training instruction when I am not even told to move to phase 2, not given the information of phase 2 and this is my fault?

Last I checked I paid EF for a training program - not for someone to tell me to go look for info - for someone to link the info or tell me the info...i.e. give instruction and I will follow, but don't expect me to be a mind reader!

So, let's either move forward or give me a refund and let's move on!
 
Personal disputes like this may be best taken up with Omega by use of the PM function.

yeah there are delays ... thats life, nothing really ever goes as planned, just gotta deal with it....

This is for all omega project members!!

If you have any questions or issues with the project please private message me or omega. Omega runs his own supplement company and is a personal consultant. He has several clients on ef and in person. He is a successful trainer/ owner of a company. I have worked with him for over a year now developing this project. The reason for developing this project was to have members learn in a group environment while they get personal attention from omega. If you do not communicate with him,then it is assumed you are no longer interested. If you do not take initiative for the service purchased then can you blame him?, for not reaching out while he has several other members who do communicate.it is not his job to hold any one's hand here. His job it so teach a proven method.

And know that i am the 2nd line of defense. You can pm me. I answer every one's pms with in 24hrs or less.

There is no need to air your dirty laundry in public. We are all here to learn and grow and enhance our physiques and ourselves. If you are not happy with project pm me or omega so we can reconcile the issues. Please do not post negative remarks or comments as that is your personal opinion and is not shared with the rest of the group. That is the right thing to do.

Any questions please feel free to pm me. I registered the majority of omega project members and those i did not , i made it clear in your 1st enrollment email( which everyone received) that i am here to help and mediate if there are any questions or concerns. There is no reason for this blatant disrespect. You have questions pm me either one of us.

You can take the 2 months phases and incorporate it in your works out for the rest of your life. You are learning a new technique that is proven to work.

This is not a reprimanding post but it is a post to let every one know where we stand.
