Fina take 2...and arimidex

I have been taking Finasteride for about 4 weeks. This is the second time i am on it. First time i only went for about 8 months as i suffered sides such as lack of libido and Gyno.

This time i am trying the dosage of 1mg as opposed to 1.25mg i was taking the last time round.

I have a couple of questions regarding the arimidex.

Will it stop me from getting gyno?

will it possibly help with the libido if it does happen again?

Is it ok to use longterm?

and finally what are the recommended dosages?

i am suprised nobody has tried an estrogen blocker while on finasteride to counter gyno

Arimidex is significantly more effective at controlling estro than things like proviron or nolva because arimidex blocks the action of estro at the level of endogenous production and not just the receptor like nolva does. Yes, it will stop test from coverting into estrogen and will help you fight gyno.

I would go with 0.5 mgs ed (most tabs are 1 mg)

Let's see, long term use huh? what's are we talking about here, 8 months?

Sides include hot flashes, joint pain, headaches, swelling of limbs, high bp, mood changes, fatigue, etc...

So, it's up to you how long you want to have those sides....

8 months of fina is rediculous IMO.

Arimidex is a very weak inhibitor or E2. You should use Aromasin instead.

I meant i wanted to take arimidex to combat a few of the sides i suffered when i began taking finasteride for hair loss......

Gyno and libido

this time i am reducing the dosage of finasteride.....but if i do start getting the sides again, would like to know that i could possily take something like arimidex
