anybody know what strength this fina is and how good it is?

comes with an orange label w/ the words finaplix-h in orange letters - the rest of the writting is in black.
the label has a horizantal orange line through it that makes a little "v" shape in it.
30ml bottle says its 33mg strength but i've been told this is a new batch with the old label and this "new stuff" is much stronger.
anyone with any feedback??
