Fina Farm????..... Im Not Impressed!

Whats the deal with these guys.......they legit??Went through loads of aggro tryin to order online............eventually had to do it over the phone coz of some crazy ass explanation he gave me about why i couldnt order from the site.But i took his word for it and went ahead.....he told me 5days max to the UK for goods.......im now on day 8 AND he`s not even answering my mails....WTF is going on?

I have had orders from FF range fron 2 days to 2 weeks and I'm in the states

I get this all the time, everyone expects lightning fast service and that just doesn't happen.

When i need a part for my business i have to order from a city 75 miles away and even then it takes from 4 -5 days to get here!

O.k if you guys say he`s cool then ill sit tight.......but i still think its lousy that he doesnt even reply to my mails.........it doesnt take much effort does it.

I order stuff from all over the world and always get it pretty sharpish.....hell....i get powders and shit from china quicker than this..........

FinaFarm usually takes 3-4 days to process the money and then ships. Great placed, you are being impatient cause you are excited. Calm down and next thing you know, it will be there. They are quality and not responding to the email is probably because it is an automated email service. When your package ships, they usually email you to let you know.

Dude....i paid by c/c,so the money was cleared same day as i ordered(ive checked) and he even said to me that the order was getting sent out same day.Im in no way impatient.LOL,but if someone says theyre gonna do something....i expect it to get done......ESPECIALLY if im paying for it.I`ll reserve judgement on finafarm until i receive the goods...............but its NOT what I call a great service so far.Ive had other orders delivered from U.S and int that were placed on the same day.......and those companys(and ALL others i use) all answer any emails within 24 hours too...........its called "good customer service skills",something finafarm are seriously lacking!!!

o.k well my order finally came(14 days)......everything in order and packaged well.......not impressed with the time delay......but i suppose thats not their fault.

FF is cool. They have always been quick for me.. Overseas shipments takes a few extra days, plus holidays and what not. I wouldnt worry, the guy is cool..

I experienced a minor problem once with the site because my paypal payment went through but the online cart was empty for some reason. It did take a day or so but it was cleared up with a personal email response. The rest of the time everything's been fine.

Yeah, I have found that online sellers in general (off eBay, several online stores, etc.) are often a little too quick to claim that a package has been shipped. Truth is that Priority Mail usually takes 2 days or less within the U.S. I've yet to experience Priority Mail taking more than 3 business days and I've verified a birthday gift I mailed to a buddy first class shipping in under 20 hours 200+ miles away. However I must have been screwed by 50 eBayers claiming they've shipped something via an automated email when all they've done is print a label off USPS.com. Same thing goes on with sellers using Fed Ex and UPS. Finafarm isn't too bad about this in my experience, but unfortunately this annoying trend is pretty widespread in the online world.

Now though, if you are mad at those folks, there are a few other sites that sell kits. Pumpnpose sells a good kit at a good price with deplorable directions. (Pretty crappy name for the site since it has almost nothing to do with Synthol. The only site oil they sell is Esik-Clean which is a competitor to Pumpnpose. They do have some neat stuff and ship within a day.) I believe getpinz sells one as well.
