filter unit comparison : NALGENE NYL VS MILLIPORE PVDF

NALGENE NYLON STERILE FITLER UNIT

or

MILLIPORE PVDF STERILE FILTER UNIT

or if not the above

which do you like and why

Reason im asking this is to get an overall view of which works best

I like millipore better. They hold more and they dont crack all the time like NALGENE do. They both are acceptable though.

The I have to get tape and try to stick it to stop the air bubble but you cant press hard or you mite crack a whole all the through.

It really doesn't take much we just have to be more patient. I pump I think between 50-70 I might be wrong Ill have to check but I used to be maxing my pump out and my shit start cracking.

I pump mine to 300-400

If you referring to bottle top filters they make glass just a little more. That's all I ever use..If you look you can find really good deals on them to.

It also depends on what oils you are filtering...
12PSI usually will blow any filter.

Well than it isn't calibrated and you should be able to turn it back to 0. Well since you are starting at 10 you might just add 12 to that or you could buy a cheap one and put the oil with no hormone in it and pump it up to see what presure it fails at.

The needle isnt on zero? and that doesnt sound like to much to worry about anyway.

The outside of the gauge should rotate depending on what kind you have...
