Ive never really thought of this until a female figure conpetitor ask me.She is 115lb. and already pretty lean.she definately doesnt want to take shots so i recomended winstrol tabs or anavar.how may mg.of each should she take.she will only be taking one or the other.

i wouldnt recommend girls using steroids imo.. but okey... Anavar: Effective dose Women 2.5-20mgs.day, Winstrol Effective Dose women 2.5-10mgs/day all depends on her goals..just my 2cc

If she won't take shots, then it depends on her goals. Does she just want to get leaner? In that case, clen/eca stack might be all she needs. If she wants to gain muscle too, then anavar over winny anyday. Var was created with women and children in mind. 5-10mg/day is a good starting dose for a woman on var. I wouldn't go above 20mg/day like boletryne mentioned either. See if you can talk her into injecting at some point. The only other drug I know developed specifically for women and kids is primo.. 50-100mg/week does wonders for most women.

DIET and CLENBUTEROL work very well with women

I would go with var over the winny for a first timer. Women can also get away with using oral primo because of the low dose that is needed.
