let me expand.. if you plead guilty to a felony, then no...........

most people will plead guilty to a lessor charge to get out of the felony conviction, the reason is the sentencing guide lines that come into effect.

and as a felon you cant purchase weapons, and in some states vote..

yea so for my case I got rat'd on and got caught with a bunch of U.S currency there are trying to hit me with 2nd degree Money Laundering

So I'm hoping they will give me a deal but Im not sure how it works
