feeling flat during and after a work out..

In many cases, a lot of folks tend to go with a nitric oxide pre workout drink..many go for NO Explode, CellTech, and once my favorite Endo Rush...When I used to take my pre workout drinks I'd have a crazy pump going, Endo Rush was the best (BSN Product pretty pricey tho) After running out of pre workout supplements my workouts dragged, felt no true pump going...To be honest, I'm a big non-believe in the pre workout drinks, we don't know the long term side affects of these and as I mentioned, when ur off of it, your toasted. To get motivated and get that pump going, get some blarring music playin before hand, get a punching bag and just knock the **** out of it. I like to just think of people I hate and people who doubted me in my past, the girls that turned me down because I wasnt in shape, you just gotta go in there and beast. Don't think about the weight or wat others are doing, just be animal

This sounds like a dietary issue bro. What does your current diet look like? Also give us an idea of your current routine.

Bro.. My diet's pretty clean, nothing like it could be.. I'm eating 6-7 times a day my protien intake is atleast a gram per body pound.. I'm strong as a ox in the gym just flat as fuck.. I set down on the bench sat repped out 225, 25 times. no pump. And so on with everything.. the only thing that really gets a good pump are my legs.. Currently running decca and test E

i have the same problem sometimes its usualy from diet (lack of complex carbs) or lack of solid sleep. Look at those two first IMO
