I cut the T3 for 2 days, and I'm back to 70 resting or so. So I'm resuming at 2 x 25mcg every day. I was fine on that for a while. I'll taper off, of course. I'm running for 6 weeks.
Going to 100mcg was a fucking mistake. I was just caught off guard, because at 2 x 25mcg, I was fine. At 3 x 75 I was fine. As soon as I went to 100mcg (4 x 25mcg), I was fucked up seriously for days. And yeah, the liter of beer and the 10 cigarettes didn't help. No more of that. Thought maybe I could get by with 2 beers and a few cigarettes once. Fucking stupid mistake I won't be repeating. I felt like shit for 3 days. I had to take today off. I hated that.
My doctor flat out stated to me: 100mcg of T3 for 6 weeks will not shut you down permanently. I believe him, and I believe the studies I've seen on here to that effect. Although having not researched the primary sources myself that is certainly a "convenient" belief for my rapidly shrinking ass to have.
