Feel fucked up on T3... tips?

I had panic attacks because I moved to moscow right after a friend died. This is not anxiety. Its the test, T3, and the cigs and booze.
 
no problem with t-3

I take 137mcg of cytomel I space it out. for me I take it at 11 pm again at 5 am and then one more time at 11 am. heart rate is up but not that much. am I losing weight no.. plus the other thyroid med I take reall brings the t-3 to 155. some times it's better to space it out 4 times a day.

Yep. I don't think the 2 days on, 2 days off, is the way to go (although it was recommended quite some time ago), there are better strategies now.
 
too m uch cytomel dude...back it off right away, but don't stop taking them...your fucking your thyroid seriously brother...and not to put down anyone else but don't go above 100mics, even 75 is pretty. Hindsight is 20/20, apply it...you only get one thyroid .
 
I don't believe its as easy or risky a ppl say.. i feel its just like AAS surpression duration + dose related and event hen usually given enough recouperative time you'll come back een long term..

I was on for about 6 months straight going as high as 250mcg a day (was the pharma 50mcg tabs). No problems coming off, actually didn't even take that long for metabolism to bounce back.. I am however young which you can get away with alot more.. which is lucky since we do pretty stupid things like umm taking t3 for 6months and going as high as 250mcg lol.

But.. seriously i think the danger is over exxaggerated. It can happen, but so can permanent shutdown from AAS usage. Just be warned i definitly feel there is more feedback mechanisms than we know involved. 250mcg was working like 250mcg shoukld at first lol but then later it really didn't do much of anything.

I feel the main reason for not going so high is its just pointless too. Its like would 4 grams of test a week or 6 grams be better? lol at some point your not doing anything put throwing it away and increasing the sides. your metabolism is only going to rev so high using T3. It isn't DNP
 
I cut the T3 for 2 days, and I'm back to 70 resting or so. So I'm resuming at 2 x 25mcg every day. I was fine on that for a while. I'll taper off, of course. I'm running for 6 weeks.

Going to 100mcg was a fucking mistake. I was just caught off guard, because at 2 x 25mcg, I was fine. At 3 x 75 I was fine. As soon as I went to 100mcg (4 x 25mcg), I was fucked up seriously for days. And yeah, the liter of beer and the 10 cigarettes didn't help. No more of that. Thought maybe I could get by with 2 beers and a few cigarettes once. Fucking stupid mistake I won't be repeating. I felt like shit for 3 days. I had to take today off. I hated that.

My doctor flat out stated to me: 100mcg of T3 for 6 weeks will not shut you down permanently. I believe him, and I believe the studies I've seen on here to that effect. Although having not researched the primary sources myself that is certainly a "convenient" belief for my rapidly shrinking ass to have.
