Hey bro's, just thought you could give me some advice about what i should work on in relation to symmetry(spelling?). Dont flame me to bad ;) Ive done 1 cycle of deca and test, 5ft10, about 155lbs. Thanks for the help....
 
Basically every thing looks good, I can't tell that well from the pic but It looks like you need a little work in the "back" department besides that, you're lookin good bro.
 
everything looks good. another 20 lbs and you'd be str8 yoked. time for a bulking cycle.
 
u look like u weigh a lot more than 155, u probably need some work on your legs since thats where a lot of body weight comes from.

and keep in mind that these guys tellin u that u need to work on your chest doesnt mean 3x per week @ 15sets. overtraining is bad for gains. just try a new chest routine with new exercises and in different orders.
