Hey all, I have a cycle idea but wanted some feedback first....

Wk 1-12 test e or sust 500mg E/wk
Wk 1-12 deca 500mg E/wk
Wk 1-4 d-bol 30mg Ed
Wk 1-12 arimidex .5mg Ed
Wk 14-17 clomid

My info: age-33
Wt-170lbs
5yrs workout exp.
3rd cycle

Also I was told to add anadrol to wks 1-4 but I wasn't sure till I did some research on that compound.

First of all How tall are you?? If you're 170lbs and over 5'9" then I would recommend concentrating solely on your diet for a few months to try and put on as much weight as you can naturally b4 starting that kind of a cycle. That being said... Throw some nolvadex in your post cycle along with the clomid. You should probably add some HCGenerate around week 8 and throughout your PCT too because Deca is harder to recover from.
And as far as your anadrol question goes the answer is absolutely not! That would be suicide to your liver to take dbol AND anadrol at the same time!! One or the other is fine but I would strongly recommend the dbol over the A-bombs. The dbol, test, and deca should be more than enough to bulk you up brutha. Cheers

I'm actually 5'9" but I have been eating really well fir the past few months 6-7 times a day but I seem to be dropping weight still. I recently dropped my cardio to 10 min a day so that should help. Thanks for the help, it's much appreciated!

Train hard, and make sure you're getting at least 300 grams of protein every day?? Ideally you would consume 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh if you're trying to really build muscle. Do you think the weight loss is muscle mass, or fat? It could be both but if you have just recently (past few months) switched over to 6-7 smaller meals/day, rather than 3 large ones, and you're training hard, then you are most likely losing body fat. 6-7 meals/day is def the way to go to stay lean.
Just concentrate on upping your protein and training hard. I wouldn't cut down on your cardio either. I doubt you're losing muscle mass from it.

Gotta love those gram+ cycles for guys 170 pounds. lol. Hell, when I started I went from 160 to 180 with just supps and they weren't half as good as what's available today.
