Monday: (AM) 20min. cardio - (PM) Biceps + abs
Tuesday: (AM) 20min. cardio - (PM) Chest + abs
Wed: (AM) 20min. cardio - (PM) Legs + abs
Thurs: (AM) 20min. cardio - (PM) Back and triceps + abs
Fri: (AM) 20min. cardio - (PM) Shoulders + abs
Sat: Rest
Sun: Rest
 
I like to mix up my cardio workouts; treadmill, stationary bike, morning jog or bike ride....
If I do cut my abs workout, what days would you recommend I keep them??
 
Doesn't matter, just put two or three days in between them. Monday/Thursday, something like that.

As for your cardio, assuming you're trying to lose weight, instead of 20 minutes every day, do at least 30 three days a week. Keep doing it until you can get to one hour. Again, leave a day's rest in between.
