Tris hands down! Needle goes in like butter. Biceps aren't as fun, but the novelty of sticking a needle in your pipes makes it a close second.

I hit a nerve and a vein the last time i did quads

it hurt like hell for over a week

i'll never do quads again, even though i do ed

ok ive done just about every injection but bi's......give me the run down on which head to give it in and if you keep arm striaght or bend, but not flexing it.

While glutes are damn awkward, they're still my favorite because I hate risking any impingement on my arms or legs that will keep me out of the gym for even a day. My body always seems to "know" that I've injected, meaning I do feel them for a couple days, so I like to have it somewhere I can tolerate.

Also, frankly I don't know enough about the nerves and vascularity in places like my calves to feel confident injecting there.

But in reality, for me it is not about a favorite, because it is not wise hitting the same place over and over so basically I do a number of locations ... favorite or not.

Quads were the norm. I have no fat there so I can use 1". But it's sometimes disturbing to hit a nerve there...this can happen frequently. Easy to just back out a little and go at another angle.
Never tried glutes for fear of hitting Siatic.

...biceps are becoming my new fav. The thing is to know where your viens are and poke between them with 25G pin, then dab with vit E or Neosporin for no scar.
It can be mis-leading with a stretched out arm. Best to pull your arm up first and note the belly of your bicep for inject spot, because if you don't, you can stick too far down, closer to the tendon.

The more frequently you inject in the same muscle, the pain will fade. Pain is also equal to the amount and speed it's pushed in, which is why I like the 25G.
