Doing your weekly shopping? Going downtown for fun shopping? Walk or ride your bike.
Right now I am riding my bike to work, about 13-14 miles either way.
By train = 45-50 min (walk up hill to hospital included)
Driving = 40 min
Cycling 60-80 min + 500 kcals + money saved on train fare/petrol
It also doesn't seem like cardio, it is just my transportation now.

you beat me to it. the only cardio i do is early morning sex and before i fall asleap sex. so between the 2 thats about 4-6 minutes of cardio per day when im on test.![]()
