I agree with Monstar and Exodus - CARDIO SUX BIG TIME! However, I like kickboxing - fucking great cardio blast - and my heart rate always gets high doing my bedroom cardio! Although I suppose thats more like interval training! 2 mins on 10 mins off...
i go play basketball. thats will blast my shit that is if it is a up and down game with everyone run'n. can always go to open gym at the school where they r sure to run. fuk they will kill me with all that run'n.
Deffiantly boxing. I forget what the fucker is called, slam man or something, but I got this guy that has lights on him that light up where you should punch. It's really a good workout and pretty fun as well.
My new favourite cardio is biking. I just bought a mountain bike, and ride the hell out of it every morning. Lots of fun, it gets my heart rate up, and isn't hard on my knees like running.
