Damn, i've read quite a bit about this and how fats help increase testosterone levels, never really experienced it until recently.
I've incorporated quite a lot of fat into my diet recently through extra virgin olive oil, flax seeds, PB, eggs and avacados. My libido has gone ^^^^^^^ compared to a week or two ago. Could be a placebo effect but who givesss xD
As a side note, I'm on a 55:30:15 (C
:F) atm, with the aim of getting to 200-205lbs in 12 weeks
