Fats and testosterone

Damn, i've read quite a bit about this and how fats help increase testosterone levels, never really experienced it until recently.

I've incorporated quite a lot of fat into my diet recently through extra virgin olive oil, flax seeds, PB, eggs and avacados. My libido has gone ^^^^^^^ compared to a week or two ago. Could be a placebo effect but who givesss xD

As a side note, I'm on a 55:30:15 (C:P:F) atm, with the aim of getting to 200-205lbs in 12 weeks :)

I usually don't respond to many posts as most are idiotic and I enjoy lurking.

But you are in need of a tutorial.

Fats are key to a healthy androgen profile. Without saturated fat and cholesterol your body can not make testosterone.

Low blood serum cholesterol levels are directly related to low sex drive, ED and a host of other problems a healthy male does not want.

What kind of diet do you think is most apt to result in low blood serum cholesterol levels? Vegan and diets lacking in animal fats.

Here is the deal. There is not such thing as an essential carbohydrate. Your body needs fat and protein to survive and carbs for energy.

15% is extremely low for fat.

You should actually be closer to 25/30/45 (carb, protein, fat)

If you guys actually want to weigh more than 200 lbs and be lean without taking a gram of test a week try fixing your diets.

All this non-sense about guys saying "Get your diet and training in check BRO" and then offers a diet of brown rice, chicken with no fat is bullshit.

Wonder why you never make the gains you want? Why you take way too much shit, never make the gains and then hardly keep the gains you did get.

Lift heavy weights, eat food.

And trust no one that has more than 25 posts. Chances are they are they are too busy posting and not training.

And do you guys believe the Animaldrolosterone 9000 being recommended on this site works?
 
Good information in your post Ahooligan however we don't really like people with that kind of " in king shit know it all , everyone else is a dumb ass" attitude you seem to give off. SO maybe go back to not posting again is your best choice. 90% of everything you have learned and read on this site was said by some one with more than 25 post dick munch. Two more post and you will be that person too. And if its highly recommended on this site/raved about by many, often it works damn good.

I fucken hate ass holes that have learned almost everything they know here on this site yet talk as if they are some how above it all.

I do make the gains I want and the diet I use works for me, who are you to come in my thread and post shit like "wonder why your not making gains" lol @ you, i've made enough gains trust me, i don't need to prove anything to idiots like yourself. A high carb diet ensures your body has ample energy so the protein can do it's job, I never said neglect healthy fats because they are very useful in high testosterone levels / heart / brain and with cholesterol levels.
