Fat question

I currently take 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil (27g of fat) and my total grams of fat consumed a day averages around 77g/day (18g saturated fat/28g Poly/25g Mono).
I'm 5'10, 189lbs...should I be consuming less fat a day? Also, my carb intake is at 140-150 a day and I eat around 1600-1800 cals a day. I want to lose 10 pounds by June...what should my fat/carb/protein intake be like? I take ALA with each meal (250mg/meal), I weight train 3 days a week and do cardio twice a week.

you can split your macronutrient breakdown into whichever you choose, standard ones used are 50/30/20, 40/40/20 or 40/30/30 pro/carb/fat, from there u can find out how much fat you should be taking in. you can also try a diet diff than these standard ones and try a keto type or ckd, or crums diet if u want. if u use one of the macronutreint breakdowns listed above try to get all your carbs coming from complex sources except postworkout and found in your earliest meals of the day, also you dont really need to take ala with each meal rather take it with the carb meals and also around 500 mg with the postworkoutshake if u r taking in around 50-75 grams of simple carbs. and of course dont consume simple sugars except after weighttraining, all other days in which u dont weightrain replace with complex carbs. your cals should look around 12X bw.
