Fat loss/Diet. Advice

Hi all, posting on behalf of my wife.
Bit of history, she is 40 years old, mother of 3, 5'7", 70.6kg.
She has been training for about 18 months and has lost around 8kgs.

She does weights ie: trains with me and we do 1 body part per day
eg: Monday: shoulders, Tuesday: Back, Wednesday: Bi's, Tri's, Traps. Thursday: Legs, Friday: Chest. Each day also 30 minutes of cardio.

She trains extremely hard, even a world class Body builder made a comment about how hard she's trains.

Things have been a struggle lately ie: 6 months, she was losing about 1 kg a month but has stopped, having said that she was doing an extra 2 hours a week cardio on top of the normal cardio. The amount of effort v's the results is I feel starting to mentally strain her.

Her diet is roughly this per day:
2150 CALS
220 protein
75 fat
130 carbs
That's made up of protein shakes, eggs, turkey, chicken, rice, veggies, salad, nuts etc. She eats every 2 hours or do and is very strict.

Any help or guidance would be great fully appreciated.

PS: as for the training, she mixes it up , ie lite weight and heavy, hi rep and low, does the basics ie: squats, dead lifts etc.

U were saying 2 hrs of additional cardio on top, so what's her normal cardio? Maybe if she incorporates a couple hiit sessions into her weekly cardio routine?
What kind of calorie deficit is she running? She could probably reduce her cals some more to kickstart the weightloss again. Im guessing her goals aren't necessarily to add muscle as much as to lose fat so putting herself -300 below maintenance would make diff.
This is a little more picky but I have cut rice, pastas and breads out of my diet and it made a difference for me. I just replaced them with more veggies.

Sent from my htc t-bolt using the elitefitness app.

She does 30 minutes cardio after weights each day.

The interval high intensity is on a weekend.

She likes the idea of some definition, muscle as well.

Will look into a deficit diet. Albeit, she doesn't really eat much ATM.

Her top half is ok, flat stomach, even has dome abs showing, genetically she just has saddle bags snd they are stubborn.

Thanks.

update:

Took a cycle of Clen, day 1: 20mcg / Day 2: 50mcg / Day 3: 80mcg / Day 4-14:100 mcg per day

nothing. Had all the sides but no weight loss.

Has since started back on Hydroxy Cut Hardcore and is back losing 800 grams per week, 3 weeks so far.

What is her bf %?

I'd defiantly do cardio first rather than weights. If my goal is to burn fat cardio first, if my goal is to build muscle, weight train first.
Try switching up her routines, incorporate h.i.t.
People's bodies have different reactions to exercises. My body best responds to stationary bicycling for fat loss. Others running.
There are so many options for cardio it sometimes takes the right one. She's been doing the same routine for so long our bodies develop a memory and conserve and stores fats they know they'll need to use.
Bringing something new every few weeks gives a huge surprise and results positive on the body.

Yeah, we mix up the weights ie: lite/heavy, FST-7 etc.

Cardio is mix of HIT run, bike, elyptical, stair, cross fit
