Fat Loss/Bulking Cycle...need advice...

Ok, I just started a cycle of Tri-Tren 150 and Winni. Background history is that I use to weight 260lbs of fat...did a lot of dieting and all and now I'm down to around 185 but have hit a wall with lossing fat, but now I'm trying to build some serious lean, dense muscle without water/fat retention while also cutting my body fat down still. Basically, I would like to look "cut" for once in my life...I have gained at least 20lbs of muscle from my first cycle but I'm just curious what I should do now. I can't figure out if I should finish out what I've got and than add some Test to it (but what kind of Test) or maybe some T3 and keep on the Tren and Winni or just what.

Simply put....want lots and lots of serious muscle but want to have as little body fat as possible...please help!

Just started a cycle and are asking how to even run it? I say stop, and PLAN a cycle, get all you neeed, then start it. Also, give stats, cycle history.

My first cycle was about six months ago that lasted about 3 months with Sustanon 250 @ 500mg/week; Tren ace at 1mg/EOD, and some Deca....had great results but had a lot of water retention and and didn't cut me up at all. (just some back ground info)

sorry, it was 100mg of tren ace about every other day. i now weight 185-190, but still want to loose fat and gain shit loads of muscle. I've been very happy with my progress but I can't seem to shed off more fat even though I've been doing cardio and dieting like crazy. I'm 25, I got to the gym about 5 days a week and train a specific muscle group at a time and 2-3 times add some treadmill or something for 20-30min on at the end of the workout, plus i jog a few miles around my neighborhood too. I just want a cycle/stack that will help shred me up, gain shit loads of muscle (not water weight bullshit), and drop as much fat as possible. So let me hear what stacks/cycles you guys would recommend plus any additional workout advice or whatever!

That's what everyone wants bro. It ain't a one post answer. It's years of leaning. Stick around.

i usually have a protein shake in the morning, a light healthy lunch....sometimes just a smoothie, and then a regular portion chicken & veggies dinner....please, someone just tell me what to do to make this happen and i'll do it, im just sick of trying to figure this shit out.

Bing! Like I said, Diet. You're diet is crappy. You're metabolism is probably shut down because you're not eating near enough and not often enough. The secret to losing fat and gaining muscle is to EAT enough, and eat correctly. Go to the diet section and get it kicked in.

I believe diet is overstated. Eat less and make sure you get adequate protein. Check out GEAR. And a good multi like DX7. The rest is all about the amount of food -- baring you do;t take up caloric count with crap.

I eat 300 plus grams of protein a day, between food and pure protein. I keep my carbs around 100 all from complex stuff like broccolli, green beans, asparagus. I have brown rice and some dry ass rice cakes with my albacore tuna at lunch. I eat about every 2 to 3 hours religiously, even when I wake up to take a piss in the morning. My fat content is less than 50 gms a day as well.

It is the combination of diet, supps, learning, perseverence, sacrifice, etc. Did you look at my post to see how Radar modified my cycle to better suit my needs?

I have a friend, my lifting buddy as well. He is doing a mild cycle and wants to get his body fat down to like 8% (he is probably at 10 or so right now)I have talked till I am blue in the face, but he doesn't put in the effort (at least to the same level I do imo) He won't give up his beer, red wine, etc. He also won't eat properly (by that I mean, frequently enough, etc) So, while he may look better at the end, he won't achieve what he wants because it isn't truly the priority in his life. But that is cool. I think his main reason for cycles was to get on HRT and that is cool with me. I lift with him, but I also have to lift on my own to keep my attitude focused on the the gym and the life.

You sound like it is a quick answer, that one of us has the magic bullet so to speak. Plain and simple, it takes quality time in the gym over years of busting your ass till you cry at night from doing so.

believe me i have been busting my ass...4-6 days a week in the gym for the last year. i've lost over 70lbs of fat, but now i just can't get into that "cut/ripped" catagory. Can anyone give me an idea on how often to eat, and what to eat....if someone was to just lay out what i need to eat ill do it....but apparently what i keep coming up with isn't working.

That last bit is always the hardest too. I would usually take about 50% of my total cutting phase getting that last 2 or 3% off.

thats pretty damn helpful...thanks. anyone have any success stories for what they ate/did while on a cycle and what kind of cycle, to build muscle and cut?

Man, with the results you got from burnin off, well... essentially more fat off your body than you are allowed to carry onto an airplane in a carry on bag... all in a year - anything is gonna seem like a plateau!! Your doin great, and I know from experience its when you get down from 25%+ body fat (Im guessing your number was a good bit higher) to like 12-15% (which is, just over those three percentage points, a HUGE range...), it starts to actually look like your stalling when your not, because the intramuscular crevasses that you are expecting to be exposed at this point, at the rate the fat has been coming off, are not... there is still fat covering that muscle. Imagine fat like water... when it was "poured" on it filled those areas first, so when it dries it leaves those areas, which are the "deepest" , until last. So when you hit about 13 or 14 percent you start to see the shadow of abs that arent gonna come through comepletely without a lot more work, and the beginning of muscle definition that will not show through completely for quite some time.... especially when your trying to pile on muscle and bulk in the meantime!

^^^ Point being, keep doin what your doing, it does DEFINITELY seem like you need to learn a lot more, but I think you are obviously working hard enough. If you have the drive, the learning part is just straight fun. Dont believe everything you read on the internet, but dont be afraid of it - read a LOT, find people, like on here (like try PMing NeedToGetAAS or going to the thread "tell me your on cycle problems and I will find a solution" that he posted on the Anabolic Discussion Board) that you trust, and dont believe all of any of it!! Take as much advice as you can get, ignore what doesnt work for you, REMEMBER what does, and repeat! If ANY of these guys looked exactly like they wanted to, or were exactly as strong as they wanted to be, they wouldnt be here... from the most accomplished to the newest member. So when you realize its a lifelong proccess, it takes a lot of stress of looking exactly how you want in the next 4 months!! Good luck to ya bro!
