Fat Guys And Juice

I really don't see a problem with low doses especially when trying to lose weight. It helps preserve muscle mass. I don't really think it helps much in the weight lost dept though. For that your cardio and diet make the difference.

krbn08, as much as I love OU I think that you and the other guy should take your little tiff to pm's instead of threadjacking this guys thread.

I don't see any problem with juicing while trying to lose weight. Preserve as much shit as possible while dropping as much fat as possible.

I have been on and off cycles now since I was a sophmore in college where I was playing NCAA DIV !-AA football and weighing 255lbs. While playing, I was like a machine! Finally, I got down to around 300lbs (35lb loss from the start) and having juiced in the past, I decided to jump on a test testosterone propionate / Winstrol - stanozolol cycle. I ran the cycle for 16 weeks and then came off with clomid and HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - . When my cycle was complete, I dropped down to 252lbs.

So after all my rambling, my question is, why are people against fat people taking steriods. I truly feel that they had a major contribution to my weight loss.

I am sure people will be bashing me for jumping on a cycle at such a high weight with such a high BF% but hey, look at the results...

I hope I am not hi-jacking in asking questions on this subject but what would be a good dose? Are we talking strictly test or something more mild like primo?

Some bros train harder and diet harder while ON gear.
sometimes that is what helps too not just the gear.
once you invest the money into your gear and start poking yourself you may cheat less on your diet and not skip workouts.

just sayin...you know...

bro im with you former fatty here too, former football player now mma guy, If your athletic and fat I think roids help, I have changed my body in 4 months. When I wa snew to this board I posted my pics and got flamed by tons of people saying I was too fat, but I knew my muscle memory would kick in and that with the motivation I would turn my body around and so far so good, fuck the haters, unless they have been fat they will never understand. Im with you bro.

Hey bro congradulations!!! I know exactly how it is, before the cycle I'm on now, I ran and dieted like hell for a while, but seemed to be at a standstill. No matter how hard I tried it seemed like I couldn't get below 20% bodyfat. I woke up in the morning and ran and did cardio in the evening, had my diet down great and all, just have the genetics of danny devito. Right now I'm on my last week of this cycle, didn't gain any weight, but have cut down bodyfat to 16.5%, increased bench by 60 pounds, increased squats by over 100, have had some excellent results, am physically stronger with a lot less fat. Wish like hell I had before and after pics. A few people kept telling me I shouldn't have been on at all until i get down to 15%, but I haven't ever been 15%. Even in the best shape of my life in the military, I was 16.5, Just have a natural body like that!!! Now though I have confidence I haven't had in years, and I seriously believe the gear is the huge reason for that!!! I will say too, the people on here have helped tremendously!!! I think it depends on the circumstances before you do them. If youre a fat slob who just wants to get big without having to work out or diet, that's one thing. If you try like hell everyday, but seem to be in a rut, by all means, go for it!!!
