Well yesterday it hurt a lil bit, but when i woke up today i didn't feel it anymore.

So i decided to go ahead and workout today. I was doing a lying bench press with 100 lb. db's

when it happened. I just started feeling it again so i decided to quit. It hurt

worse today than yesterday
 
I had the same thing happen to me many times. If I start a new program or start lifting harder, it flairs up. The only thing I found that works for recovery is rest and ice. It's probably not what you want to hear but, think about the long haul. Take care bro.

Alright, thx. That's exactly what i did, i started pushing more weight.

The last thing i want is to start up my anabolic androgenic steroids cycle

here in a week and be injured, i'm just gonna stay off of it for a week.

I DO NOT want to be injured while on gear.
