One of my pet peeves is personal trainers that charge fat ladies $50 bucks an hour to do a few triceps extensions and pec decs. Well yesterday I watched one working with an really fat woman. On the leg presses, he started with 1 plate. No problem. He went it 2, she didn't break a sweat. Them 3, the 4. By the time she was finished she repped out about 15 of 360lbs with no effort.
I'm still impressed.
