what is good to take im having a problem losing my bottom layer of fat on my ab's , i use yes and sesapure

i do cardio every night 45min 's and diet

this is my cycle
winny 1 shot every 2 days 50mg
test e 1 shot a wk 250mg
trinabol 150 - 2 shots a week [1/2 cc every 3 days 75 mg]

should i include winny orals every day [maybe 20 mg a day ]

just drink the winny or take orals, there is little or no benefit to injecting winstrol. Its an orally bioavailable drug (regardless of whether its tabs or in liquid suspension)

What he said. Stan is made for oral consumption, why shoot it?

The diet is what will make all the difference kowboy. I would try getting rid of carbs even if they are low GI and full of fiber. Plain lettuce with lemon juice, fish oil, and nothing but water along with protein. It sucks but once you get in the mindset you wont think about it. How are you training btw?

i have cut out as many carbs as i can,i have gone to a all protein diet
train 5 days a week [weights and cardio]

What are your cardio sessions like? How intense? Duration? And what kind of ab work?
