Fat burner for mom

Alright, now I'm sure there isn't another thread like this. My mother wants to take something to lower her bf. She is 50yrs old and a fitness junkie. She does like three hours of cardio a day ie. spin class then body pump then pilates; class after class after class and weight training. Everything is on point in regards to diet as well. I would say that her bf right now is at 23%, roughly. She has no health problems, doesn't drink, smoke, or even swear:)

What would be a good supp. for her to take, I think liqclen might be too intense, how about t-rex? Any suggestions appreciated. My mother thanks you all :)

sounds like your mother overtrains -which is VERY common for women. I suggest, she dial in her diet 1st, then slow down on the ludicrous cardio/training regiment; after which, you can talk about fat burners, for now her goal should be getting her routine together and on track.

It's not all high intensity cardio though and I know there are breaks in between classes. The bf she has on now is due to her natural body comp., not from overtraining or poor diet. She has a lot of knowledge in nutrition and training, just needs to some extra help to overcome genetics.

breaks between classes or not, does she or does she not do 3 hours of cardio per day as you said before. That means she is OVERTRAINING, no matter how much she knows, she's still doing it.

Perhaps I should retrack that statement. She'll do a cardio class (spin), then a body pump class (a bunch of women moving around pink weights), and then a yoga/pilates class stretching). I shouldn't have said three hours of cardio, I wasn't specific enough. I wouldn't consider this three hours of cardio, now that I think about it. The only class where her HR would be elevated to the suggested level for her age would be during the spin class.

That description just gave me a very funny visual. ;)
This is a bogus thread without pics!!!! :Chef: :tuc:

Give her some VPX redline, its probably in your gyms fridge so no need to carry around pills as its fast and easy to drink out the small can

lmfao...

Na you guys realize when a girl gets about 50 her endocrine system goes to hell... Tell her to go get her PROGESTERONE levels checked, she might need to start taking progesterone(prescribed), besides endocrine/training/sleep/eat then hell ya go T-Rex...

I will have to mention that to her.
And yes I am quite popular w/ the ladies, especially since I got rid of my mono-brow and now I only wear my head-gear when I go to bed instead of all day.

tell her to split her cardio up. 1st thing in the morning and then at night/evening. works wonders.

No go, she goes to work around six in the am, she's the executive assistant to a very OCD prone CEO. He's got her working crazy hrs.

I appreciate the suggestion though

Agreed...:)
This sounds like the FIRST thing she needs to do is actually cut BACK on the training...She is probably sacrificing muscle with an overabundance of cardio work :o
