Alright, now I'm sure there isn't another thread like this. My mother wants to take something to lower her bf. She is 50yrs old and a fitness junkie. She does like three hours of cardio a day ie. spin class then body pump then pilates; class after class after class and weight training. Everything is on point in regards to diet as well. I would say that her bf right now is at 23%, roughly. She has no health problems, doesn't drink, smoke, or even swear
What would be a good supp. for her to take, I think liqclen might be too intense, how about t-rex? Any suggestions appreciated. My mother thanks you all
