Fastest why to shed real lbs?

Lots of folks on this board seem to be very knowledgable on the subject - just what I'm looking for! What is the fastest most effective way to shed 40 lbs for a woman?
 
I would say either Crum's diet or keto. I hate keto, but it works. See my "fat fast" post as well. "fat fast" is just a crash diet, so I don't think you could lose 40 lbs with it. Do a search for Crum's ultimate diet. You could buy Lyle McDonald's book http://www.theketogenicdiet.com which I highly recommend.
 
Yes, CrumCakes diet, for sure.

Find his thread on this board - tons of good info.
This diet takes some planning and is tough at first, but works.

Second, you need to burn calories - do both cardio and weight training.

If you post your stats, goals, access to gym facilities etc we can provide
more suggestions.

Yes, ditto on exercise. Studies have shown that for BOTH sexes, weight-training is most important for actual fat-loss. I have seen excellent results with German Volume Training, although I mix an equal amount of heavy workouts. Look up German Volume Training, as it is a good way to burn a lot of fat and it is very satisfying.
 
If your body has 40 pounds of fat to lose, I would definitely use crums diet and weight train intensly for an hour 3-4 times a week, with high intensity/low intensity cardio about 3x week for 20-25 minutes. T-3 and DNP....seriously now...don't you think it would be unwise to use these potentially dangerous drugs to lose that kind of weight? Maybe if she had that last 5-10 pounds to lose before getting on stage, but 40 lbs?....I think she'd be much better off with smart dieting and intense training.
 
i think any basic diet whether it be low carb, keto, ckd, crums diet, any diet followed strictly with a calorie deficit and if you eat the right foods to fulfill that diet will achieve results, the key is just following the diet you plan out. whicher one you think works best with your life and personal opinon i would do, alot of ppl have been ravign about crums diet, ckd and keto have long been very good options a little advanced try mr. x article on ckd at the top, and low carb has always been a traditional good approach and now with some ALA will work even better, which ever you want to do i would follow, you can always change too if u arent getting results b/c some ppl respond diff to diff diets.
