i think any basic diet whether it be low carb, keto, ckd, crums diet, any diet followed strictly with a calorie deficit and if you eat the right foods to fulfill that diet will achieve results, the key is just following the diet you plan out. whicher one you think works best with your life and personal opinon i would do, alot of ppl have been ravign about crums diet, ckd and keto have long been very good options a little advanced try mr. x article on ckd at the top, and low carb has always been a traditional good approach and now with some ALA will work even better, which ever you want to do i would follow, you can always change too if u arent getting results b/c some ppl respond diff to diff diets.
