I have been getting in better and better shape I have decided to amp thing up once a year if ya know what I mean :)

any way pre cycle

3 months or so know eating and training have been closley monitored

and I have 3 solid meal a day almost always the same esp regarding macro nutrient ratios

and trainign has been the same as well

then whenb cycle beging the only varialble to change is protien intake and training intensity/ frequency

any ways

I EAT 4- 6 eggs every moring with low carb toast and soem fruit

I swear there is somthing inthe EGGS that not only gives me energy

but it AMPS MY LIBIDO up!

I did more research and it has to do with having fat in the am, and also the type of cholsterol you eat

my libido is already naturally high but I seriuosly notice the differnce

just had to share a little tid bit of knowledge

oh great, so that means that in about 2 hours i'm gonna wake up humping my pillow all due to the egg salad sandwich i'm eating right now.....

oh well, at least i'll know the cause of it. thanks for sharing your research.

lol

not sure

but in the AM it has made things more iteresting

tesetoterone spike occurs largely in the AM

and the fomation of testosterone need cholesterol ,and lipids, and other things

mayeb it it ehlps

not sure but there is something too it

moral of the story

its good to have cholesterol and fats on the morining

"ES: Eggs are one of the most allergenic foods you could eat. Is there a difference between boiling, scrambling, or eating raw eggs? Yes. The more you cook eggs, the greater the free form amino acids. Eating raw eggs provides intact proteins which is more allergenic. Boiling is a step in the right direction, but scramble your eggs as much as possible.

Mercola is right in that cooking will destroy some enzymes, but it's a tradeoff where I prefer less allergies over more enzymes. I definitely agree with Berardi that cooking eggs will increase their absorption.

By the way, cholesterol and eggs isn't an issue at all. I can't believe people still suggest this to be true! Almost every hormone you have is cholesterol-based except for protein-based hormones like insulin and growth hormone. The lower your cholesterol levels after the age of 55, the higher the chance of cancer!

The enzymes found in food are not necessary for digestion, we produce all the enzymes we need, unless one has some sort of pancreatic insufficiency. This raw food concept is based on flawed reasoning.

Exogenous cholesterol is poorly absorbed, which is why cholesterol rich foods, such as eggs, are not a problem with cholesterol elevations. The research points towards the fatty acid profile of a food as the determinate for cholesterol synthesis. A high carb/high saturated fat intake is great for increasing cholesterol synthesis, also.

As for the cholesterol/cancer correlation, it is probably just that, a correlation.

hey if you cook an egg do you know how long it will last in the fridge?

I just wanna cook up like 24 of them and put it in the fridge

is that a bad idea? shoudl I just cook em up in the morning everyday?
