I am a college football player who at the end of his senior season broke his left ankle and as a result, lost some weight. I am just starting rehab and would like to build an upper-body base while I rehab my leg. I am curious as to what kind of sauce I should look to get --keeping ini mind thee damage it will do to my healing--(I was thinking fina, or winni's) and how much. At this time I am looking for strength and cut. My rush is because I have NFL combines to worry about come April, and I need to make sure ALL of me is ready! PLEASE HELP!
