it's for my 19 y/o friend, and she wants a canadian drivers license. and an out of state one saying 21 is too obvious to bouncers.

Canada make's good fake ID's. I went to Downtown Toronto when I was 18 and got mine. Right across from a strip club called Zanzebar. Cost me $50 for 2 fake Pennsylvania ID's, holograms n all. Looked exactly alike. You could pic your address and everything. Its legal to get them in canada because they call them "souveneirs".
