it's all about game mang. looks are important, but confidence and being able to close is everything.
he also did mention he's 5'5....but if i were that height i'd just fuck all the little 5'0 foot girls.
most guys who don't get laid don't even try. that's the reason they don't get laid. or if they do, they try a couple of times, get shot down and give up
the ones who try constantly may get shot down a million times but they'll hit a few homers (or at least a bunt single here and there)

but 5'5 and looking like that still isnt a big deal...
also, i have an idea, where me and all the other virgins go out on our own in just a speedo, in a crowded place, and try and spark up conversations normally with random people, male and female. act like nothings amater. do it every week for a year, and immagine how good the confidence levels would go up.

anything that is so extreme and socially awkward will completely break your fear of anything related to social anxiety. it's a very good idea, but you have to have the balls to do it to begin with. desensitizing works w/ any fear.
dont know how to try? that's a gay excuse dude. just say hello...say something funny. depends on the environment. like the grocery store, mall, walking etc is a totally different deal than a girl at a party or club at a bar. you can be more random at a bar/club
i havent gone out in a while but when i was getting back in the swing of meeting girls about a month or two ago i would just say the most random shit...on purpose. and it works. think of some crazy ass shit to say to a girl and do it. try it on 15 different girls...you'll start having fun with it.

Why would you call him out on this? Am I reading that just because he's a virgin that you think he's a freak or something. Sorry, if I am taking this wrong...But...I actually thinks it's kinda cruel to make fun of someone for "choices" they may make in their life.
