Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Alright so my first injection on sus 250 wed night didnt go as well as planned. It took me a while to actually put that thing in my leg haha. When i did i was like "oh this is not bad" then i started pushing the plunger and i was staring at it. Now i dont know what the hell caused this but i started getting really light headed, and felt as if i was going to faint, i closed my eyes, and tried breathing slowly. Didnt seem to help, i barely got through it being without passing out. I dont know if it was because i came to a realization i've turned to the dark side and there was no turning back at that point haha, or if was just the sight of seeing this needle in my quad. Tonight is injection night, any tips on not passing out haha?

Deep breaths bro. Be very methodical but reassure yourself with confidence. Me and my buddy used to have to get blood work done because we worked directly with chemicals for my old company. They are large needles that go into your arm. For me it was no big deal but my friend passed out from just watching the needle go into his arm. It's a natural response from your body. Just talk to yourself maybe turn on your iPod and listen to some tunes remember to breath. I imagine the firs for you will be the worst and can only get better from here. Good luck bro.
Lol thats not very good advice... I would love to but something in my mind doesnt allow me to... I wish i had someone to stick me... It would make it much easier!
BTW i was going to do 2 cc tonight. I did 1 cc but i decided to let the rest wait till the morning. But i got the air out of the needle and recaped so it was ready to inject. Is it alright to be left in the needle overnight and be injected in the morning? This may seem like a dumb question, like i dont have any worries about it i just want to make sure that its fine.
Its fine to sit overnight in syringe but I would use a new needle to shoot the rest of it. And yes you do have worries or you wouldnt be asking. You need to just chill out and relax, its a tiny little needle. It gets easier with time.

Obviously I was joking but actual good advice is:
Anxiety is most likely related to your fear of the unknown when it comes to injections. Educate yourself and be confident. You are human, you will react just like the millions before you.
SpotInjections.com - Example of glute injection, click the links for other sites. Hit that spot - hell draw a circle with a sharpie if you are worried. Then aspirate, as the only possible thing that can go wrong is being in a vein. Then hit the plunger. It is a very routine thing that nurses, PA's, etc do all the time without fail. This is the process and you should be confident and anxiety free.
My method for stability and depth precision:
1. Use 1.5" 23G.
2. Make mark on plastic needle cover at desired depth of injection.
3. Take off the plastic cover off and cut the plastic needle cover at mark.
4. Put the cut plastic cover back, it should now have an exposed needle.
This allows a circular base for stability during injection, as well as provides variable depth while using only a 1.5" pin.
