The ONLY real reason I see for not outlawing guns, the ONLY valid argument, is that only criminals would have guns, and of course we all know that prohibition of anything does nothing more then fill up jails and increase criminal empire.

In my 32 years of life, I have dated three women who ha been raped. I doubt you're really in a position to tell how women feel about the issue.
As I've stated before, I've been teh victim of a violent crime in which my attacker wielded a deadly weapon, though not a firearm. Don't believe me? The NYPD has the full scoop.
