I Do them most of the time during an extended drive 20 min or longer usually 3 sets of 20 reps- it's like making faces Expample- Squint your eyes closed while smiling really hard-upon opening your eyes really wide raising the eyebrows at the same time while frowning then repeat. Most any expression you can make such as opening & closing mouth repeatingly
will exercise the facial muscles and cut back on wrinkles also after doing,when convenient apply facial cream this will help keep the skin flexible!
As queer as it sounds, i started doing facial exercises when i was 19 years old for about 6 months. Id do em everyday while i drove to school (a 30min drive). I didnt notice too much of a difference in daily life, though other people did. But i DID notice a pretty huge difference in pictures of myself. I had always had a kinda round face with the corners of my lips going downward. In the pictures i noticed my jaw more chisled and the corners of my lips pulled upward (making me not look sad in every picture i took that i didnt smile) Kinda weird, i donno why i ever stopped doing them.
